Condition and grade definitions

Customer returns, uninspected: Customer returns not inspected by the seller; the condition of each item is unknown.
Customer returns, graded: Customer returns inspected and graded by the seller; a grade is required.
New, overstock: New, unused surplus, end-of-line or excess stock, including master cases; packaging intact.
Shelf pulls: New, unused items taken off retail shelves; may carry price stickers or worn or damaged packaging.
Refurbished: Repaired or reconditioned to working order by the seller or a third party.
Used: Used goods, not refurbished.
Salvage: Defective, damaged or incomplete goods sold for parts, repair or recycling; function not expected.

Return grades

Grade A: Like new · Packaging may be opened; complete and working.
Grade B: Minor defects · Minor cosmetic defects or missing non-essential parts; working.
Grade C: Visible defects · Visible defects, possibly incomplete; function not assured.
